The LDBS Academies Trust (LAT) and Trust 2 (LAT 2) aim to ensure that all personal data collected, stored, processed and destroyed by any natural person - whether they be a member of staff, pupil, parent, Governor, visitor, contractor, consultant, supply staff or any other individual in either of the Trust's schools - is done so in accordance with the UK General Data PRotection Regulation (UK GDPR) and Data Protection Act 2018 (DPA 2018).
